Joel Heiser
Youth Pastor
Joel has been the youth pastor at Suncrest Worship since 2018 – and he’s loved every minute of it! He is glad to do ministry with his wife Christa, and their three amazing kiddos: Tallon, Leeland, and Éowyn! Joel has a passion for music, youth ministry, and for mission work – especially if it involves flying on a plane to another country. Though he went to school to be a Spanish/ESL teacher, God had different plans! In 2014, Joel shifted from teaching and hasn't looked back; he served as a leader, then as a Children’s Pastor, Youth Pastor, and Missions Director.
When it comes to student youth ministry (Mosaic), Joel’s hope is that students can find a home away from home here as we seek to help them Discover, Develop and Deploy their faith! He also serves as the Spokane Youth Area Leader with the Northwest Ministry network.

Preston Reedy
Children's Pastor
Preston’s philosophy for children’s ministry in a nutshell is this: “We do it for Him and Them” – that is for God and for the children, not ourselves. He is passionate about teaching kids God’s word and discipleship and feels honored by the calling God has placed on his life. Preston obtained his Bachelors in Children and Family Ministry from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Texas and was ordained in 2016. The only thing he loves more than the color green, lasagna, cheesy snacks, North Wild Coffee, Converse, superheroes, playing games and movies, is his lovely and talented wife, Morgan!
